Pet Policy

Everlane Property Management is a pet-friendly company and we realize that most households have some type of animal. Some of our Owners, however, will not allow pets of any type, so please check the property amenities for details. 

Pet Fees: A non-refundable $250 deposit and $25/month for the first pet and $10/month for each additional pet. 

Additional deposit may be required for applicants who have more than 3 pets. 

Please thoroughly look through the restricted breeds list to ensure your pet does not fall into any of the categories listed.

Rottweillers
Doberman Pinschers
Malamutes
Husky Types
Chow Chows
German Shepherds
Akitas
Mastiffs
Wolf Hybrids
